Video Crew for NAB Show 2027

NAB Show draws roughly 65,000 attendees and over 1,400 exhibitors to the Las Vegas Convention Center each April, making it the broadcast, media, and entertainment technology industry's biggest annual gathering. Exhibitors range from camera manufacturers and post-production software vendors to cloud playout providers and IP infrastructure companies - all competing for attention from broadcasters, streaming platforms, and content creators walking the show floor. The content priority here is product demonstration: gear in action, live workflows, and on-camera talent explaining why a particular codec, sensor, or SaaS platform matters to a working professional.

Why exhibitors at NAB Show 2027 need video crew

At NAB, the product demo IS the pitch - a crew that can capture a working broadcast camera, an AI-powered edit suite, or a live IP routing workflow on a loud, brightly lit show floor needs to know how to manage reflections off monitors, deal with competing LED walls, and pull clean audio in an environment full of ambient noise from neighboring booths. Keynote and session coverage in the LVCC's North and Central halls often runs concurrently with booth hours, so you may need crew splitting duties across the convention center simultaneously. Same-day or next-morning turnaround on highlight clips is a real expectation at NAB, where social posts and press pickups happen while the show is still running. Fame vets crew specifically for this kind of technical environment and fast-turn delivery.

Show-floor logistics

The Las Vegas Convention Center issues exhibitor badges separately from attendee credentials - your crew will need to be badged as exhibitors or approved contractors, and Fame handles the credentialing paperwork ahead of load-in. Exhibitor hall access for setup typically opens two to three days before the show floor opens to attendees, and load-out must be completed within 24 hours of the close of the final show day. The LVCC's West Hall, Central Hall, and North Hall each have different floor layouts and freight access points, so crew need to know in advance which hall your booth is in to plan equipment transport. NAB runs across multiple long days - typically Sunday through Thursday in April - so crew scheduling needs to account for early-morning setup shots before the floor opens and potential evening event coverage.

What crew for NAB Show 2027 costs

Pricing for video crew at NAB Show 2027 depends primarily on the number of crew members needed, how many days of the show you need coverage, and how fast you need edits delivered - a single-camera operator for two days sits at a very different price point than a two-camera team with a dedicated editor turning around daily highlight reels. Booth size plays a role too: a 10x10 inline booth typically needs one operator, while a 40x40 island with live demo stations and a theater area will need at least two. Fame provides a fixed, all-in quote so there are no surprise charges for travel, parking at the LVCC, or equipment.

NAB Show 2027: common questions

Can your crew capture both our booth demos and a speaker session in a separate hall on the same day?

It depends on the timing overlap and which halls are involved - the LVCC is a large venue and getting between the West Hall and North Hall takes real time. Fame will map out your schedule in advance and, where there is genuine overlap, staff a second operator so nothing gets missed.

NAB is loud. How do you get clean audio from a booth product demo?

Crew use a mix of lavalier mics on your presenter and a directional shotgun to isolate the product demo audio from the show floor noise around it. In particularly loud environments, Fame crew will also schedule any hero interview shots for early morning before the floor opens to attendees, when ambient levels are significantly lower.

We need a highlight reel posted before the next morning's sessions start. Is same-day turnaround realistic?

Yes - same-day and next-morning turnaround is standard for NAB exhibitors who want to push content while press and attendees are still at the show. Fame builds the editing workflow and delivery timeline into the booking from the start, so there are no surprises mid-show.
